custom crafted / handmade when ordered - Rush Shipping is not available.

United States and some items are available for shipment to Canada.

DogShoppe.net does not ship
Internationally.

Permission must be granted
by DogShoppe.net before merchandise may be returned for exchange within
10 days of receipt.

Items will only be exchanged
/ refunded if defective or if item received was not as ordered. Items must
be returned within 10 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event your item
is not what you ordered, please email us and we will provide you with the
information you need to return/exchange items.

Most items are individually
/ custom / handmade / printed when the order is placed and can not be returned
/ exchanged / refunded unless defective or not as ordered. Including but
not limited to :

Embroidered Items and all Shirts
are individually custom made per order specifications and are not returnable,
or exchangeable for size or color. Please be sure you are ordering the
right size.

Cross Stitch Patterns - due
to their copyable nature - Cross Stitch patterns are not returnable or
exchangeable.
If items are returned without
permission, items are subject to a minimum 25% return fee, shipping charges
are not refundable.

Canadian orders can not be processed
through our online shopping cart and are processed manually.

Orders to Canada incur an additional
$15.00 shipping charge.

All duties, GST, taxes are the
responsibility of the recipient of the order.

Please note that orders with
multiple items may be shipped in multiple packages.

Products that begin with the
model codes ct are not available for shipment to Canada. (Model
